• Inspection & Repair Services: Backflow preventers are inspected and tested in accordance with the codes outlined in The Ohio Basic Plumbing Code.

  • Your Total Life Safety technician can prepare the necessary reports building owners need to submit to their local jurisdictions.

  • Total Life Safety will provide detail of any deficiencies found or repairs needed at the completion of the inspection.

  • Inspection Interval Requirements.

    • Initial Installation

    • Immediately after any repair or relocation.

    • At least annually
